New Hat Arrivals by Elizabeth Rohloff

Nothing escalates an ensemble from "great" to "showstopping fantastic" like the addition of the perfect chappeau. Just arrived are four stunning creations by local milliner, Elizabeth Rohloff. Ranging from casual to dressy, these impeccable works are sure to evoke statements of "Wow! That hat is fantastic. Where did you get that?" You know where to send them....

Moyuru Finally!

Finally! Moyuru Japan has arrived back in the shop and it is spectacular if we don't say so ourselves. Certainly not for the faint-of-heart, because these silhouettes are non-traditional at best. These pieces, while muted in overall color tones, make a big colorful statement in a design sense. But mostly, they allow us to dabble in a little fashion drama and isn't that fun to do once in a while?

We'll have the images posted on our website as soon as possible!

Summer Layering Tunics

Just in from IKKS France is this lovely sheer cotton voile tunic in an African-inspired print. Long henley button front closure, long sleeves, and fabric belt make this a great layered up (or over) piece. It would also make a perfect summer swimsuit coverup.

Deca-Paris arrivals

Spring items from Deca-Paris just hit Physical Element's floor today. We'll work on getting them all up on the website, but here is a glimpse of one of their lovely dresses. What is even better, is that we have sizes 0-4 (that's xsmall-xlarge to you and me) in several styles.

Cropped Jackets for Spring

Anything goes this spring, but one silhouette that has made a fresh return is the cropped jacket. We just received in a smart little number from cop.copine yesterday in two colors: charcoal and pearl. This kimono sleeve blazer has a large double snap closure, giving it a modern update.

I couldn't agree more

I digress a little today with a wonderful quote I ran across reading the trades this morning.

Stylists have ruined everything. Nobody wants to be Bjork. I love Bjork. We need Bjork.
- John Waters

So everyone, let's channel our own inner Bjork and pay homage to individual style and personality.
